4. Subscription Terms

  • Where you choose a subscription, you authorise us to take recurring payments using your selected payment method at the price and frequency displayed during checkout.

The checkout page will show:

  • The subscription price.
  • How frequently you will be charged.
  • The expected delivery frequency.
  • Any introductory discount or minimum commitment that applies.
  • Unless a minimum commitment is clearly stated before purchase, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription through your online account, where available, or by emailing .
  • Please request cancellation before the next payment is processed. If an order has already renewed and entered processing, we may be unable to stop its dispatch. Your normal cancellation and return rights will still apply where legally applicable.
  • Any subscription discount applies only while the subscription remains active. Prices may occasionally change. Where required, we will provide reasonable advance notice before applying a new subscription price.
  • If payment fails, we may retry the payment, contact you for updated payment details or pause or cancel the subscription.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.
