Product information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient information, photographs and prices are accurate. Packaging and presentation may occasionally vary from the images shown without affecting the formulation, quantity or quality of the product.

Please read the product label, ingredient list, allergen information, directions and warnings before use. Information on our website does not replace the information provided on the physical product label.

Orders

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products under these terms.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable.
• Payment cannot be authorised.
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale.
• We cannot deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete checkout.

Payment is taken using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your complete card details.

Discounts and promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to separate conditions. Unless stated otherwise, only one promotional code may be used per order.

Intellectual property

All website content, including the ELIXER name, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, text and page designs, belongs to ELIXER LTD or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Customer reviews

If you submit a review, photograph or testimonial, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and does not infringe another person's rights.

You give ELIXER permission to display, reproduce and edit the submission for formatting or length across our website, advertising and social media. We will not deliberately change the meaning of your review.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a purchase made primarily for personal use.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections provided by the law where they live.
